Recycling Liquid : Special design Re-cycles liquid system that allows liquid flow into the bin evenly for energy saving. Such design has allowed the machine in compact size and easy for moving.
Freezing Evaporator : The evaporator is finish machined by stainless steel. Bin adapted with high technology of welding, surface treatment, heat treatment and stress elimination as well as photo furnace.
Rotating Ice Scraper : SUS 304 grad Stainless Steel Ice Scrapper Blade functioning with custom custom made low speed gear motor 415 v / 3 ph / 50 Hz
Ice Making Pump : Centrifugal monobloc water pump c/w motor 415 v / 3 ph/ 50 Hz. The pump circulating the water from chill water tank to the top of evaprator bin, water flow through the rotating sub rack and spray on the sub face of the internal bin to create ice.
Chilled Water Tank : The water recycles through water collection tank at the bottom of the bin which is made by Stainless Steel. The flow of incoming water is controlled by float valve to ensure the consistency of water supply. The Level Switch in the water tank indicates insufficient supply of water to the tank. The mmmachine will stop in insufficient water supply.
Cylinder Protection : High density P.U.Insulation injected around internal between bin freezer maker and Stainless steel exterior.
